Counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition may be disposed of as the petitioner impugns an interim order passed by the Tribunal and the main petition is pending adjudication. He seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Court, if necessary, after a final decision is taken in the pending O.A.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications. 3.
