% 11.02.2017 It is mutually agreed, the respondent - Insurance company shall pay to the appellant a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- over and above the award amount, which shall be deposited by way of cheque with DHCLSC favouring the appellant within 45 days, failing which it shall carry interest @ 12% p.a. The cheque so deposited, be handed over to the appellant on due verification. Amounts lying deposited with the Registrar General be released to the appellant in terms of the award.

Appeal stands settled accordingly.
