1. The service report indicates that the Judgment Debtor ('JD') is not available at the addresses given by the Decree Holder ('DH'). Both addresses of the JD are of Chennai and the DH is unaware if any of the assets of the JD are within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. In this view of the matter, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the DH to revive it in the event the DH is able to ascertain the correct present address of the JD as well as the details of the JD's assets within the jurisdiction of this Court.
