% 23.10.2018 Learned counsel for respondent has handed over a copy of order of 14th September, 2018 purportedly passed in pursuance of directions issued by a Division Bench of this Court on 16th July, 2018. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the order of 14th September, 2018 is not in compliance with the directions issued on 16th July, 2018. If it is so, then petitioner is at liberty to assail the order of 14th September, 2018. No case to proceed further with this petition is made out. As such, this petition and the application are disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
