% 29.07.2019 CM No. 44542/2017 Noting the submission made by Mr. Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent that electricity connection shall be transferred in the name of wife of the petitioner, who has since expired,Mr. Apurb Lal states that in so far as challenge to misuse charges is concerned,he shall invoke appropriate remedy as available in law and wishes to withdraw the application. The same is dismissed as withdrawn.
