% 29.08.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1. Learned counsel or respondent no.2 (complainant) accepts notice and submits that petitioner has cleared all dues of respondent no.2 company and 'No dues Certificate' has been issued by respondent no.2. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 further says that respondent no.2 has no objection in case FIR No. 595/2017 under Sections 135/138/150 of Electricity Act, 2003 registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua the petitioner.
