This is an application filed by respondents no.2 and 3 seeking enlargement of time in completing the inquiry proceedings. Learned counsel for respondents no.2 and 3 submits that the order dated 15.9.2012 was passed in the absence of respondents no.2 and 3 and the same was brought to the notice of respondents no.2 and 3 around 28.10.2015, which has resulted in delay in completing the proceedings. Counsel further submits that as a last opportunity, time may be extended by two months to enable respondents no.2 and 3 to conclude the inquiry. Heard. Having regard to the submissions made, present application is allowed. Time is extended by two months to enable respondents no.2 and 3 to conclude the proceedings. We make it clear and as agreed no further opportunity will be granted to respondents no.2 and 3 in this regard. As agreed by the parties, petitioner shall appear before the Inquiry Officer on 29.9.2016 at 2.00 p.m.
Application stands disposed of.
Let a copy of this order be given DASTI under the signature of Court Master to the counsel for the parties.
