% 29.08.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith, reserving all the contentions to be agitated in the challenge to be brought against the subsequent order whereby the petitioner has been declared to be not a juvenile but an adult on the date of the incident.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
