% 08.02.2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits, on instructions, he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith and instead move a fresh application for stay in terms of Section 10 CPC after he has secured an order of impleadment of Renu (first respondent) in Suit No. 1611/2006 which was instituted by the petitioners against other parties.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.

Interim order stands vacated.
