Mr. Atul Agarwal, the learned counsel for the appellant is present alongwith the appellant in person and states that he is ready to accept the Decree of Divorce dated 27.05.2014 passed by the learned Principal Judge South Family Courts, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi in HMA Petition I No. 216/2011.

The learned counsel further submits that he does not wish to pursue the present appeal and seeks to withdraw the same. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the By:AMULYA
