This is a joint application moved under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking early hearing of the writ petition. 2.
In view of the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

Learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that the matter is settled between the parties vide Settlement Agreement dated 09.09.2025 executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation & The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Conciliation Centre. It is stated by both the sides that in pursuance of the settlement, the respondent management has paid a sum of Rs.90,000/- to the petitioner workman in full and final settlement of all the claims of the petitioner arising out of his termination including his employment reinstatement in continuity of service with back wages, salary, gratuity, PF, bonus, leave encashment, increments promotion etc., and the claims made under the present writ petition. It is stated that in view of the settlement, the present petition be disposed of.

The workman, who is present in person, through VC also confirms that he received the settlement amount in terms of settlement and matter may be disposed of.

In view of the settlement, the present writ petition, along with pending applications, if any, stands disposed of, as settled. 7.
