% 28.01.2019 1.

Pursuant to the last order dated 23.01.2019, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a demand draft for a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the petitioner, who accepts the same in full and final settlement of his claims against the respondent. 2.

The petitioner however, states that while he was employed with the respondent, deductions towards provident fund were being regularly made from his salary for deposit in the Employees Provident Fund Scheme. He further states that he had also been allotted A/c No.DL/15905/73. He states that after his termination even though he is entitled to receive the amount lying in his account from the Employees Provident Fund Organisation, he is not able to submit an application for the same for want of counter signatures of the respondent on the withdrawal form. It is, therefore, directed that in

case the petitioner approaches the respondent for its counter signatures on his application for release of his provident fund dues, the respondent will provide all necessary assistance to the petitioner to withdraw his provident fund dues, if any, from the Employees Provident Fund Organisation.
