W.P.(C) 7336/2016 & CM No.30189/2016 (stay) Learned Secretary appearing for the Bar Council of India submits that decision has been taken by the Standing Committee, of the Legal Education Committee of the Bar Council of India in its meeting held on 21.08.2016 and a one-time concession for the academic year 2016-17 has been granted to the three law centres of the Law Faculty, Delhi University and they have been permitted to take 767 students each, as advertised by the University. The statement is taken on record.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.
