% 20.07.2017 The present leave petition has been instituted on behalf of the complainant, who happens to be the widow of the deceased victim. Mr.Garg, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the leave petitioner, states that in view of the circumstance that the State too has preferred a leave petition being Crl. L.P. No.650/2016, titled as "State (Govt. of NCT of Delhi) Vs. Afroz @ Feroz @ Pehlwan", against the order impugned herein, he will not press this leave petition if liberty is granted to the complainant to assist the Court at the time when the connected leave petition filed by the State is taken up for hearing.

Leave and liberty is granted.

The leave petition is disposed off whilst reserving liberty to the complainant to assist the Court at the time of hearing the said connected leave petition filed by the State.
