% 12.01.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that post filing of the petition; the respondents had fixed the date of hearing and permitted the petitioner to participate.
It is submitted that the hearing has already been conducted. He submits that with regard to the prayer of cross examination of witnesses and leading evidence at the part of the respondents, he would like to withdraw the petition reserving the liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law at a later stage, if so required.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty of petitioner as prayed for. In so far as the prayer with regard to cross-examination of respondent's witnesses or leading W.P.(C) 7527/2016
