An affidavit has been filed by the Deputy Secretary, Home explaining the anomaly that had occurred in the communication dated 17th July, 2018. 2.
A status report has been filed. As per the status report the family of the petitioner, comprising of his father, wife and two children, is residing at House No.90, Village Sobhanpur, PO Katoria, PS Amanpur, District Banka, Bihar.

As per the status report the house of the petitioner needs repair and the family is surviving by the father of the petitioner, doing farming and brother of the petitioner doing a private job. 4.
As per the nominal roll the petitioner has been granted parole four times even after the co-convict has absconded and is getting regular furloughs as well.

Considering the nominal roll and that the house of the petitioner needs repair, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. 6.
Petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
