By this petition, petitioner seeks parole to search a suitable life partner and re-establish social ties. The petitioner also challenges the communication dated 26th July, 2018 whereby his application seeking parole for the grounds as noted above was rejected.

Nominal roll has been handed over by the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State which is taken on record. As per the nominal roll after the dismissal of the application of parole, the petitioner has been granted furlough for a period of two weeks.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been granted furlough w.e.f 5th September, 2018 during which period also the petitioner could have re-establish social ties, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.
