% 23.04.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek direction thereby directing the respondent no.3 to give contract for five years along with associate benefits to all the petitioners and not to terminate their present contract with AIASTL which is expiring between October, 2019 to 29.01.2020.

The said respondent has filed counter affidavit whereby stated that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, respondent no.3 has entered into a contract of employment with all the petitioners in a form of Fixed Term Engagement Agreement for a period of five years. The Fixed Term Engagement Agreement executed between the petitioners and the

respondent no.3 is marked as Annexure A (Colly). In view of the affidavit filed by respondent no.3, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
