O R D E R

% 22.04.2018 Parties have mutually agreed to resolve the subject matter and thereunder, the respondent Insurance Company has agreed to pay a sum of `2,75,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand only) over and above the amounts payable in terms of the impugned award. Such additional sum of `2,75,000/- shall be deposited with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee by the Insurance Company within 03 weeks, failing which it shall carry interest @ 12% p.a. Out of this amount of `2,75,000/-, `75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand) be released to the appellant/claimant towards his claim;

the remaining amount shall be kept in fixed deposit in consonance with the impugned award. It is stated on behalf of the appellant that the correct name of the appellant is Adeep Kumar Gupta and the award amount may be released in this name only. The due amounts be accordingly released in such name of the appellant i.e. Adeep Kumar Gupta, on due verification. The impugned award stands modified accordingly.
