% 28.08.2017 The writ petition in the present form is not maintainable because of the conflicting pleadings. Respondents clearly state that in respect of the lands in question compensation was paid to the petitioner. The petitioner who had included large tracts of land without disclosing in respect of which compensation was received, has proceeded to file a rejoinder, which has added to the confusion.

In these circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioners to approach the Court with the proceedings that correctly reflect the factual position. The writ petition is therefore dismissed
