Ms. Prabhsahay Kaur, who appears for GNCTD says that the petitioner is original drug licence expired on 31.12.2016, whereupon, an application was made by him for renewal. Learned counsel further informs me that renewal application was rejected vide order dated 26.2.2018.
1.1 A copy of the order has been furnished to counsel for the petitioner in court today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that he will take, appropriate steps to assail the order dated 26.2.2018, albeit, in accordance with law, and since, the petitioner has been protected by interim order passed on 17.10.2014, this protection be continued for a further period of two weeks.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 26.2.2018 in accordance with law.

The interim order dated 17.10.2014 will continue to operate for a further period of two weeks to enable the petitioner to take recourse to an appropriate remedy.

In case, no steps are taken, the interim order dated 17.10.2014 will dissolve automatically.
