By invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to carry out a thorough investigation in case FIR No.0027/2015 registered at PS Kirti Nagar and arrest the accused persons without any further delay or hand over the investigation to another agency. 2.

Status report has been filed by the State to the effect that investigation in the case has been finalized. It is also mentioned in the status report that the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been prepared and submitted before the Court of the learned CMM where it is pending consideration. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the status report the writ petition may be disposed of.

Since final report has already been filed in this case and the matter is pending consideration before the learned CMM, the writ petition is dismissed.
