% 19.08.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that illegal and unauthorized construction is being permitted to be carried out at plot no. 29 RB Gali No. 4, Anand Parvat Industrial Area, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Submission is that this in contravention of the bylaws of the Municipal Corporation Act.

On advance notice counsel for the respondent / NDMC has put in appearance. Her telephonic instructions are that the ground floor of the property is very old, however certain deviations were noted in the first and second floor of the property. Work stop notice was issued on on 3.08.2016 and the concerned SHO has been informed to ensure that the construction of the ongoing activity is stopped. Her further submission is that the construction is still going on and as such action by North Delhi Municipal Corporation shall be taken in accordance

with law. This undertaking of the respondent has been noted. Respondent shall ensure that the instructions are complied with in true letter and spirit.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
