This is an application filed by the decree holder. 2.

Counsel for the decree holder says that despite order of this Court dated 02.11.2018, the entire decretal amount has not been released to it. 3.

According to the counsel for the decree holder, there is a short fall (as on 23.10.2018) to the extent of Rs. 63,92,139/-. 4.

Counsel for the judgment debtor/NHAI says that he will take instructions and if the stand of the decree holder is disputed, a calculation sheet will be filed.

In such eventuality, a copy of the calculation sheet will be furnished to the counsel for the decree holder.

To be noted, in the order dated 02.11.2018, an inadvertent typographical error has crept in, wherein the word "pronouncement" has been used in the last line of para 2 as against the word "pronounced". 6.1 Accordingly, para 2 of the order dated 02.11.2018 shall stand corrected to that extent.

Renotify the matter on 18.02.2019.
