% 09.07.2019 C.M. No.29933/2019 This application has jointly been moved by the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC to record their settlement.

Learned counsel for the appellant has tendered in Court the settlement agreement arrived between the parties on 24.06.2019, since the document filed on record, by mistake, is the policy guideline instead of the settlement agreement. Copy of the settlement agreement tendered in Court is taken on record.

Learned counsels have drawn our attention to the settlement agreement. The same appears to be fair, just & reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, we accept the same.

The appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. The next date fixed in the matter is cancelled. VIPIN SANGHI, J RAJNISH BHATNAGAR, J JULY 09, 2019 B.S. Rohella
