Hence, we hereby dispose of these writ petitions with liberty to these petitioners to move proper applications before appropriate forum in case of any difficulty. All the contentions raised by the petitioners as well as by the respondents are permitted to be raised before the appropriate forum. The contentions of both the sides are kept open to be decided by the competent Tribunals/Courts. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier, stands vacated.
