% 24.01.2017 Learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 6 & 7 (Residents Welfare Association through its authorized representative/President) has made a submission that all the gates of the residential colony i.e. AD Block, ED Block, EC Block and EA Block i.e. four gates involved marked A, B, C and D (as depicted in the site plan annexure A at page 24 of the paper book) have been opened and these will in fact remain open throughout the day and shall be closed at night as per the guidelines which would after 11:00 PM at night up to 05:00 AM in the morning and the same shall be manned by security guards.
Respondent No. 7/Rajinder Saluja, President of ED, EC and EA Block Resident Welfare Association is present and he has handed
over to the Court a resolution passed by the President of AD Block authorising him to make the statement as noted supra. This being the stand of the respondents which has been endorsed by respondent No. 1/SDMC, the case of the petitioner stands satisfied. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this stand adopted by respondents No. 6 & 7 should be made binding upon them. Needless to state that since this statement which has been endorsed before this Court, respondents No. 6 & 7 shall be bound by the same. An affidavit to the said effect has also been filed by respondents No. 6 & 7 in the Registry; it is not on record; a copy has been placed on record; this affidavit shall be binding both upon respondents No. 6 & 7.
No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
