Dr. Raghav Langer, IAS (UD:09) hailing from Jammu region has gained wide experience by serving at various levels of administration in the UT. I strongly recommend that both these officers, on the strength of their contributions in the new developmental phase ushered in J&K, be transferred to AGMUT cadre of the Indian Administrative Service." 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the decision has already been taken by the Prime Minister's Office, which has already been forwarded to the DoPT, who has to take final decision now. 3.

In view of the above, respondent No.1 is directed to take final decision within six weeks in respect of issues raised by the petitioner in the present petition, while taking into consideration the observations made by the learned Tribunal in Paras- 19 and 20 of order dated 04.07.2012. 4.

With directions as aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications are disposed of as infructuous.
