% 13.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioners no.1 and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably; therefore, FIR No. 120/2017 under Sections 420/34 IPC registered at Police Station North Rohini, on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Vijender, P.S. North Rohini.
Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or
coercion.
Respondent no. 2 admits having received the entire settled amount of `20,00,000/- from the petitioners.
He submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Investigations are stated to be still pending. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, FIR No. 120/2017 under Sections 420/34 IPC registered at Police Station North Rohini, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
