% 29.08.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that CERC conducted the hearing on 24.08.2016 and entertained the interim application of the petitioner.

Since the petition has already been considered by the CERC, no further orders are called for in the present petition. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Needless to state that the petitioner would be at liberty to avail of such remedies as may be available in law, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the CERC.
