% 25.11.2016 By an order dated 24.10.2016, it was proposed to appoint Ms Maninder Acharya, Senior advocate as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. She has since furnished necessary disclosure under section 12 of the Act. There is no objection to the said disclosure. Accordingly, Ms Maninder Acharya, Senior Advocate is appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The parties are at liberty to approach the arbitrator for holding a preliminary hearing. The petition is disposed of.
