% 01.10.2016 CS(OS) 238/2015 The case file has been taken up on office note today as the same was inadvertently not put up before this Court on date fixed i.e. 29.09.2016.

Vide order dated 20.09.2016 learned Registrar (Original) had directed for placing file before this Court, as the same was received back vide order dated 08.09.2016 of Sh. Ravinder Singh, learned ADJ (Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi and from the said order it appears that jurisdiction of the present matter does not lies in that district but rather lies in East District. It is pertinent to mention that vide order dated 03.12.2015, the case file was transferred to East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi but was received back vide order dated 01.04.2016 of learned District & Sessions Judge (East), KKD Courts, Delhi on the ground that jurisdiction of the present matter does not lies in that district but rather lies in Shahdara District On checking from Delhi Govt. -2of Patpargang where the plaintiff is based is situated in Civil East District. Thus ministerial order dated 19.04.2016 for transfer of the present matter to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi, stands modified. As per notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred to East District, Karkardooma Court. Parties are directed to appear upon before learned District & Sessions Judge (East), on 27.10.2016.
