O R D E R

% 19.05.2015 Respondent nos. 4 and 5 are present in Court and state that they have neither threatened the petitioners nor have any intention to do so. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have married each other against the wishes of family members of petitioner no. 1.

Apprehending danger to their lives, petitioners have approached this Court seeking police protection. Vide order dated 30th April, 2015 respondent no. 3, that is, Station House Officer, P.S. Neb

Sarai, New Delhi was directed to ensure the safety of petitioners. Learned Standing Counsel submits that mobile numbers of Station House Officer, Beat Constable and Divisional Officer have already been supplied to the petitioners and submit that safety of the petitioners would be ensured. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by confirming the interim order dated 30th April, 2015 with the directions to respondent no. 3 to ensure the safety of petitioners.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
