% 28.11.2016 Mr.Vijender Bansal- petitioner No.1 and Mr. Anil Verma-petitioner No.2 are present in person. They wish to withdraw the present petition as they have settled the matter with the respondent and they have handed over vacant physical possession of the premises to the respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent confirms that they have received the possession of the premises. Both the parties submit that no claim survives against each other henceforth. Photocopy of the Aadhar Card of Mr.Vijender Bansal-petitioner No.1 has been placed on record.
