O R D E R

% 27.09.2016 CO. APPL.3691/2016 (Modification of Order dated 21.09.2016) The present application under Rule 9 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959 prays as follows:- "(i) pass necessary directions to modify the order dated 21.09.2016 thereby changing the venue of the meeting of the shareholders of the Transferee/Applicant no.2 Company to Hotel Swati Deluxe Banquet Hall, 17A/32, Gurudwara Road, W.E.A., Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005 on 06.11.2016 at 11 am.

(ii) grant such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the circumstances stated hereinabove.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. The order dated 21.09.2016 is modified to the extent that the venue of the meeting of the shareholders of the transferee company shall be Hotel Swati Deluxe Banquet Hall, 17A/32, Gurudwara Road, W.E.A., Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005 on 06.11.2016 at 11 a.m., instead of

Hotel Jivitesh, 11 Pusa Road, New Delhi-110005. All other terms and conditions of the order dated 21.09.2016 shall remain the same. With the above directions, the application is disposed of. SIDDHARTH MRIDUL, J SEPTEMBER 27, 2016 dn
