% 03.02.2017 Once again, the petitioner is not present. The I.O., who is present in Court, states that he has visited the house of the petitioner to inform him of the hearing today. The notice issued to the petitioner was received by his father.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed in default. The complainant states that the petitioner is not paying the maintenance which has been fixed by the Mahila Court. The I.O. is directed to make inquiry about the bank account of the petitioner and provide the details to the complainant so that she may take appropriate steps for attachment of the said account.
