None appears for the Petitioner. The record reflects that on the last date of hearing as well, a request for an adjournment was made by the Petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 and 3 points out that multiple adjournments have been taken by the Petitioner on previous dates. This was also recorded by the Court on the last date of hearing and the Court had further directed the Petitioner to remain present today, despite which neither the Petitioner nor his Counsel is present. The order dated 20.03.2024 has also not been complied with by the Petitioner. It is clear that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. 3.

The Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
