O R D E R

% 24.08.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 2nd March, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement, which is marked as Mark 'C-1'.

Settlement Agreement has been signed by the parties and their respective counsel.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of Mark 'C-1'. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that plaintiff has completed his part of obligation as contained in Mark 'C-1'. Learned counsel for the defendant submits that defendant will complete his part of obligation within 6 weeks. Plaintiff, who is present in Court, undertakes that he will not object to the construction to be raised by the defendant in case the same is done as per terms as contained in Mark 'C-1'.

Accordingly, suit is disposed of in terms

of Mark 'C-1'.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, let court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry.
