% 30.08.2016 The status report has been tendered and is taken on record. The factum of the demise of the petitioner's mother has been verified. The petitioner, who appears in person, states that he has already taken several steps in relation to settling the affairs of the deceased mother. He states that he needs a little more time to complete the remaining paper work. He submits that amongst the heirs he would like to hold discussions so that there are no disputes with regard to succession of the assets and properties left by the deceased mother. He submits that all the relatives are presently available and this is the right time to settle all such issues as delay would only lead to hardening of stand and would lead to further litigation.

Keeping in view the aforesaid aspects and the fact that the petitioner has already enjoyed about a week's extension, the parole of the petitioner is extended till 06.09.2016 on the same terms and conditions on which it was earlier granted. The petitioner shall, accordingly, surrender on 07.09.2016. Petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
