% 18.01.2017 1.

Heard.

2.

This appeal has been directed against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 08.01.2015 in W.P.(C) No.2185/2014 titled Dr. Pritee Bhanja & Ors. vs. Union of India & Ors.

3.

As could be seen, the said writ petition was heard by the learned Single Judge along with a batch of petitions and all the petitions were disposed of by common judgment dated 08.01.2015. 4.

A batch of appeals being LPA No.81/2015 titled Rotary Club Delhi vs. Union of India & etc. filed against the said common judgement dated 08.01.2015 were already considered by a Division Bench and by judgment

dated 31.08.2015, the appeals were disposed of setting aside the order of the learned Single Judge dated 08.01.2015 to the extent of the additional direction for payment of monetary emoluments from 01.04.2014. The operative portion of the said judgment of the Division Bench dated 31.08.2015 is reproduced hereunder for ready reference: "8.

In view of the discussion aforesaid, the additional direction of the learned Single Judge in the impugned order dated January 08, 2015 as noted below is set aside; "An additional direction is however given in these cases that since petitioners have continued to work with the respondent No.3 pursuant to an interim order of this Court, petitioners till today will be paid all monetary emoluments by the respondent No.3 taking respondent No.3 as a private entity from 1.4.2014 till date and with the clarification that neither respondent No.1 nor respondent No.3 i.e. Union of India or Govt. of NCT of Delhi will be required to fund the respondent No.3 for any payments which have to be made to the petitioners for working on and after 1.4.2014 till today." 5.

It is conceded by learned counsel for all the parties that the present appeal is squarely covered by the above said judgment dated 31.08.2015 in LPA No.81/2015 and batch and the same can be disposed of with the same relief.

6.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 31.08.2015 in LPA No.81/2015 and etc.
