After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued to the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the Trial, he would not press his present petition and would withdraw the same.

2.

In view of the above and keeping in view of the fact that only two official/police witnesses are remaining to be examined, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the recording of the prosecution witnesses expeditiously and, preferably, before 30.09.2018. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

4.
