% 18.07.2016 File has been received from the Office of District Judge (South) Saket Courts. I have perused the order dated 05.05.2016 which states that the delivery of goods were placed by the defendants at the corporate office of the plaintiff which is situated at Jasola, New Delhi which does not pertain to South District.

Perusal of the memo of parties however shows that defendant no.3 has been shown to the resident of Malviya Nagar, Delhi which falls within the jurisdiction of South District.

Ld. counsel for plaintiff has also submitted that the matter may be sent to the South District, Saket Courts, Delhi which also has the jurisdiction to try this case.

Hence, the Registry is directed to send the complete record of this case to the Ld. District Judge (South), Saket Courts, Delhi for 22nd

August, 2016. Parties shall appear before the Ld. District Judge (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi on the said date.
