% 26.09.2016 The petitioner has today given an undertaking in court to vacate the suit property within one year from today i.e. on or before 25.09.2017 and hand over vacant physical possession of the property to the respondent. He has also undertaken to abide by the other terms and conditions. The undertaking of the petitioner is taken on record and the petitioner shall remain bound by the same and shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the undertaking.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent shall not execute the eviction order till 25.09.2017. The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms. JAYANT NATH, J SEPTEMBER 26, 2016/rb

I undertake to this court to vacate the property being Private Shop No. 1, Part of Property No. 53, Libaspur Road, Samay Pur, Delhi-42 on or before one year from today i.e. 25.09.2017 and hand over vacant physical possession to the respondent. I undertake to pay the up to date agreed rent, electricity and water charges of the premises for the period of my occupation.
