The present petition is for enforcement of the Arbitral Tribunal dated 20.10.2014.

The learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor states that a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed and is pending before the District Court, Port Blair. In view of the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in FAO(OS) No.221/2016 (ARDEE Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd v. Ms. Anuradha Bhatia), the present petition would not be maintainable at this stage.
