No.18960/2017(withdrawal of petition) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is approaching the respondent for clubbing of two licences and to regularizing the third licence by payment of the applicable duty. In view of the above, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition and seeks liberty to approach this Court in case the petitioner is further aggrieved by any order passed by the respondent. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty of the petitioner, as prayed for.

The next dated of 15.09.2017, which is already fixed, stands cancelled.
