Petitioner is aggrieved by the sealing action purported to have been taken qua property No.A-3, Gali No.1, Near Nazir Hotel, South Ganesh Nagar, Delhi.

On advance notice, learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance. She submits that a field inspection of this property has been done 22.8.2016 and it has been found that this property was never sealed and the question of de-sealing does not arise. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in this property from ground floor to forth floor which is old and occupied no fresh construction is going on; no building material is found at the site; no proceedings has been initiated against the property.

In view of the stand taken by the petitioner, this petition has

become infructous.

It is disposed of.
