O R D E R

% 26.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has been settled between the petitioner and complainant. Complainant is present in person. Complainant submits that he has received delivery of the vehicle against payment of `1,50,000/-. Vide order dated 20th April, 2017 it was ordered that petitioner shall not be arrested till the next date of hearing. The said interim order is still continuing.

Petitioner has already joined the investigations, which are complete as per the Investigating Officer. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty

Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
