% 19.09.2016 The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the main accused Vikram i.e. the husband of the complainant has already been enlarged on bail. He submits that the petitioners are the brothers-in-law of the complainant. This position is not disputed by Mr. Farooqui. In view of the aforesaid, the bail application is allowed subject to the petitioners joining investigation as and when called for. It is directed that the petitioners shall upon their arrest be released on bail upon their furnishing personal bond with one surety in the like amount of Rs. 25,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer. The bail application stands disposed of.
