O R D E R

% 10.11.2016 Petitioner seeks parole of six weeks on the ground of filing SLP after arranging finances. Address of petitioner has been verified. It is trite to say that every convict/accused is entitled to pursue all the legal remedies, as may be available to him/her, upto the highest forum by engaging a counsel of his/her choice.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent.

Petitioner shall report to SHO PS

Najafgarh once in a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am and give his contact number to the SHO. After completion of parole period petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
