O R D E R
% 26.09.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he intends to file SLP in the Supreme Court. Address of petitioner has been verified. It is trite to say that every convict is entitled to pursue legal remedies available to him/her upto the highest forum by engaging a counsel of his/her choice. Petitioner is in incarceration for about five years. A perusal of nominal roll shows that jail conduct of petitioner is satisfactory.
Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of jail superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall
report to SHO PS Najafgarh once a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the jail authorities.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
